Lisa is an IACPRC Certified Professional Recovery Coach, SHE RECOVERS® Coach, and Life Coach. She is a former practicing lawyer and law firm executive who entered recovery in 2004 for substance use disorders, depression, and anxiety. As a result of this lived experience, Lisa understands the specific challenges that professionals frequently encounter in and outside of the workplace.
Demanding, high-stress jobs, in which we’re on call 24/7 and unable disconnect give rise to a host of issues. In addition to what Lisa struggled with, these issues may include workaholism, burnout, struggling with competing demands, and an inability to protect our overall wellbeing.
Lisa helps clients to identify and address personal and professional goals that are both clear and attainable. With these goals in mind, she provides help defining how they can be reached, through step-by-step planning and ongoing support.
Lisa believes that there is no “right way” to recover. Everyone is different and recovery is deeply personal. She seeks to help clients realize their full potential and live happier lives. Lisa’s own journey has taught her that anything is possible in recovery.
